Unsuspend my cellphone!!!!!

My line ********** 092 has been suspended even though it is paid. No one can open the line from the call centre. Apparently your back office is ignoring requests and might be on lunch. It really isn’t my problem if your *********** staff is on lunch. I am sitting 26 hours with a phone that is suspended. I pay thousands a month for this service. What you have done is theft and in violation of the consumer protection act. Kindly restore my Line with immediate effect. I don’t want to hear a single excuse. It is unacceptable and **********. Restore my line. I will be taking legal action if you continue to leave me stranded without the service for which I pay.
