unsucessfull contract

I have app**** for a contract online, was approved and immediately R1 239.00 was deducted from my account waited for more than 20days no communication not even a welcome email until I decided to check the status of my order and I was told that my order has been cancelled due to non stock but I was surprised that an order has been cancelled yet I haven't been refunded. I logged a refund they ask for the bank statement which I did send but even today I haven't received my money am told they are still investigating. I will never attempt to make business with Telkom mobile they are so *********** but quick to deduct from one's account.
