Unsuccessful cancellation of accounts

As of 11 September 2015 we have repeatedly asked them to cancel 2 accounts without success. With the last telephone call they even put the phone down on us. This is unacceptable and Telkom are totally ***********. For what ever reason we never received any acknowledgement or confirmation that the service will be terminated.
