Unstable Wifi Constantly with Telkom
I have only had Telkom fibre in my home for two weeks. It has been awful, the internet disconnects every hour for about 15 to 30 seconds. This leads to it dropping video calls, which is how it works. I have spoken with OpenServe technicians they came out to assess the line and say its working. I have called Telkom nonstop with zero changes! I have not had good stable internet since signing up with them! DO NOT USE THEM!

05 Mar 2025, 13:01Now they tried to say it was resolved when my internet is still disconnecting every hour or so!! I am now trying to cancel but their system is down and they give out the wrong email addresses to customers AVOID LiKE THE PLAGUE
