unstable telkom sim migration system

THE migration from copper to a sim card by Telkom is a complete failure. It is unstable and to send any email with an attachment is virtually impossible. It sometimes takes 2 days for such email to be transmitted if and when the signal at the time is stable enough for the mail to go through. It is ridiculous to the extreme.
