Unstable amounts and misguided

I'm completely disappointed with the level of cruelty and misleading information from consultants

The agreement was that upon the expiry of my previous contract that we. Migrate to Special persuaded by consultants to take special phone which came in PAIR

The deal was clearly told to me and my Wife it's a 24 month contract only to discover today this date 23./05/23 they gave us 36 months which is not what we wanted

I am currently paying R149 for 40G and I'm failing to understand why I'm charged R159 for 20G Yet I used to be previously paying R139 for 20G in previous contract

I have made enquiries in the past several times and have two different amounts from your consultants at a retention team and to me another blunder it shows that Telkom is thum suckimg premiums

I will escalate this issue to office of the Ombudsman as this is a formal complaint

It terms of contractual law and consumer rights I have not been treated fairly with transparency especially after the end of my previous contract ended July 2022 I feel *****ed and misguided financially and emotionally by different consultants telephonically
