Unsolved wifi fault for 2 months

I have a contract with telkom for the past 7 years . And with my contract I get 10240 mb wifi access at telkom s hotspots... I work at Gateway mall in Umhlanga durban and at the food court area this is where most of us use our wifi access , however for the past 2 months we can't and I have called the call center and I also went into the gateway branch and was told they will be fixing it... it's been 2 months and nothing and all of a sudden telkom a data is being finished so quick out of my Phone and yet all apps are closed... please advise if error will be solved or if the error will not and advise if there is new hotspots....
