UNSOLVED FAULT!

ve been experiencing a fault with my landline(the one that uses a sim card) for the past 3 months! The fault- im able to make outgoing calls but i cannot receive calls.

i have logged numerous faults via the call center and have been to the telkom store but no one can give me a solution. i went to the telkom store on 13/10/2023 to the technical dept who had given me another reference number to follow up with telkom. 27/10/2023 i called the call center only to be told that technicians are still working on the issue and no ETA can be given as to when the fault will be solved. Surely it cant take 3 months to solve a fault ?

CAN SOMEONE FROM TELKOM ACTUALLY ASSIST ?????
