Unsolved case by Telkom Mobile

I hereby wish to state that instead of Telkom solving my problem , their Balance on me keeps Escalating . Kindly assist with this matter as i am between hard place and a rock . i really regret why i even had a contract with them . I need to know what needs to be done here to have me listened as their Customer , really i will never recommend them ever
