Unsolicited sale and non-delivery

<p>Over a month ago I was approached by Telkom my ISP provider. They told me;</p> <p>1. My area was being upgraded from 2 level internet speed to 4;</p> <p>2. If I did not upgrde my modem would effetively not funtion properly;</p> <p>3. If I paid ZAR 100 extra I would get a new modem plus the upgraded speed</p> <p>4. They undertook to deliver the modem</p> <p>5. this would all happen between 7-21 days</p> <p>6.I have no idea what the heck is going on as there has been no follow up. I am sick of subtle innuendos about my current modem not being able to carry the new load</p> <p>7.I am sick of them abusing my telephone numbers for their promotions</p>
