Unsolicited charged that have been placed on my account

I can't not belive that telkom paid what looks like R2600 to Google play without my knowledge. My account is caped and can not transact over the limit so as to how I must pay for this unknown amount is insane, No one there is even able to explain to me what is happening.

Some one has to sort this out.

They also keep debating me on the incorrect days
