************ Repair Company

I have a 7 inch tablet contract which after a month of use got a crack.Although still in working condition, I decided to book it in at the Rosebank branch for a screen replacement on 17th March 2015. I was asked to sign a release form saying if I disputed the repairs quote I had to pay R199.50 rejection fee. After over 2 months of waiting I received a quote from Telkom saying that the screen repair would cost R2015! Quite shocking as a brand new similar tablet costs roughly R1500. I flatly refused the quote and informed Telkom that I would not be doing the repairs with the company (called LET ME REPAIR).LET ME REPAIR informed Telkom that I had to pay the R199.50 before my device was released. I requested Telkom for the banking details of LET ME REPAIR so that I pay the R199.50 rejection fee but LET ME REPAIR is now demanding R 507.30 (R 199.50 for assessment and R 307.80 for shipping fees) before my device is released! Quite *********! After over 2 months of no device, my device is not even repaired and I am expected to pay R507? I am NOT going to pay the R307.80. I'm only paying the rejection fee of R199.50 as signed for. Help me get back my device from this ************ company
