unsattisfactory service

i hate complaining but my service with telkom has been appalling to say the least. wi fi has been down since December. we reported the matter until this day we haven't been helped worse they have no turn around time. all they say is that they have been trying to fix the issue remotely and escalated the matter but our business is suffering. i am disappointed with telkom
