Unsatisfying customer service

Telkom customer services is a pain and a half. There is no store in mafikeng (north west). The nearest is in Rustenburg which is about 194 km. They don't do a sim swap over the phone, I even sent someone with all my documents to the store in maponya, as they live nearby, they still couldn't help as they said I must come in person. I lost my phone with the telkom sim card,which had very important apps and security was set up using the number which I had lost,alot was at risk.. So I had to drive a long way just to do a sim swap.
