Unsatisfied with Telkom. Complaint about cellphone contract

Took out a cellphone contract in April. Never even used the cellphone for more than 2 days. I have been paying a cellphone contract till to date. It is very unfair to be paying for a product that I am not even using. They have been booking in the phone for repairs and this is the 5th time now but they always say the phone is ok but when I leave the store and open the camera on the phone it just turns blank. Please assist I have escalated the matter to their agent with no luck.
