Unsatisfied with Billing from Telkom data account

I entered into a Telkom data account at R179 per month. However, they started billing me varying amounts far above the agreed R179. An Email was sent to the CEO Mr Maseko for him to intervene but he never bothered to respond or to acknowledge receipt. I have therefore decided to discourage other people from entering into contracts with Telkom using all media including social media.
