Unsatisfied Telkom client

i cant stress enough how frustrated I am at this point. I have a service with Telkom and I receive my invoice which I have to pay R699 and they deducting ridiculous amounts which were not authorized by me. they deducted yesterday a R1829 and I have to go to the bank to reverse the amount, and today they deducted a R1219.

i need someone to call me urgently as i feel i want to cancel my service and go to a better service provider.
