Unsatisfied service and people at tell on dum to the bone

Don't have internet for the last 5 months log a dispute with them and all explained the situation about 20 times to them Didnt have installation done and no internet but getting billed for it every month mynaccont in a despite matter busy getting sorted out ( here comes the F _____ thing) account now in arrears as I refuse to pay for something I don't have they have gone and put me on I T C wow shocking on telkom
