Unsatisfied Service

So I had a bad experience the last time I came to Telkom River Square. The lady didn't follow the right procedure to book in my laptop and the outcome was that it wasn't fixed. We had a argument due to that. Today I came in the store and she basically she informed her colleague about me... while he was helping me he made eye contact with and started laughing. She even came up thinking I'm going to feel uncomfortable... she tried... please appointment people that is professional and not Childish and that can actually do the Job!!!!!
