Unsatisfied n unhappy client

Unhappy, Telkom has been debuting my account for the past 3months. My contract with them is finnished and my LTE router was canceled. Have been pleading with them to pay back the money but to no avail. Their agents are not helpful at all one even hang up the phone on my ear
