Unsatisfied customer

Hi, am very disappointed on the service I received from Telkom. I ordered a prepaid fibre that they have been advertised. It's been 3 weeks already. I had to redo the application couple of times. Every time the call center calls me it's another story. This morning they even dropped the line while we are still busy. If you can't offer services don't advertise and give us false hope.
