UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

<p>I have app**** for a new contract in December 2016 with Telkom in store and was told that they currently don't have stock and when they do get stock of the phone they'd give me a call its been almost 2 months and they still haven't called. I recently went in store to find out whats the progress on the stock and they said they do have stock of the phone but not for the contract I have taken out! Which is ridiculous because there are many customers waiting for the phone but I think Telkom wants to con us into paying a higher price just to get out device although it is clearly stated in a contract that we are agreeing to this specific deal!!! Can anyone point me to higher management that can assist me with thus problem? If so please email me thanks!</p>
