Unsatisfied customer

My mom has been trying since middle january to get telkom to come and install a wifi line for us. So far not one technician has actually came to our house to check if we can receive the line or nothing , they just phone and say your not covered, yet the people next door are covered for the exact same line we want. And everytime we phone telkom or try to get a technician out nothing happens. We have been to the telkom store 3 times now and have dialed the customer care line probably 20 times already and yet we still dont have answers. We are really rethinking using telkom at all.
