Unsatisfied Client and poor admin.

I'm very disappointed in the service received. Our Fiber was installed and I received the modem from Telkom, but when I called to receive an order number to activate Fiber there is no order number for this transaction. I've also been waiting more than 24h hour now for either Telkom of Vumatel to give me a call. I except Telkom to handle this matter as I did the transaction trough them.
