Unsatisfied client

I'm disgusted with the bad service that u get from Telkom. They set dates for a new installation then they don't pitch. Iv'e already app**** for a ADSL in December but still its not yet installed the router is already delivered but i'm still waiting. If you phone them they don't answer the phone its pathetic. They show on TV that they are working on service delivery but they are bluffing them selves. Somebody must assist me asap because I am going to the media with this bad service if one of the Managers or Supervisors of Telkom can't assist me.
