Unsatisfied allot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I have been calling,logingcalls,getting a ref number and so on and still not closer resolving my issue wich is slow download speeds. Someone phoned me back and tried to explain to me the reason why I have slow download speed is becuase the area I am in has bad reception and thats after I told him I have 3 to 4 bars 4G reception but getting 0.50 kb/s download speed and that I think I have this service for probaly a year now and I have usaully got between 15 and 26 megs/s and thats with extra boosting arails I installed.</p> <p>And still he tells me this story and after a while he said a technician will call me very shortly meaning the same day and still nothing . So my qeustion is why does one of the biggest companies in S.A. have people thats working for them with no clue what they are doing, so please if there is someone that knows something, CAN U HELP ME!! I always Pay on time never late and that for a service I am not getting. And then I dont even mention all the 100's of rand I spend calling them wich I expect them to pay back for the of no service and wasting my money for nothing. AND THIS ALL FOR THEIR STATEMENT THEY MAKE OFF: FOR THE SPEED U PAY IS THE SPEED U WILL GET.</p> <p>I say proof it</p>

I am so gratefull someone rep**** but thats the problem someone always replies to say sorry or we apologize and thats-that and it doesnt resolve my problem.
And please dont tell me telkom is busy,if thats the case it means u have allot of people thats having problems and then i have to ask myself are telkom worth it? And what must i do with all the money I wasted calling u guys? Wait wait ................... Telkom is going to say sorry to this to!

there was a techi send to my home who only did a speed test and wrote a review and send he will send it in but still no reply. I got a message the other day that said they are working on the problem and then again the send me a message that said they failed to get hold of me, but what happens when they call and u pick-up they hang-up so how can they get hold of me if thats what they doing. this is the worst expierence i ever had with a service provider!!!!!! I cant believe this but if u are a half a day away from missing a payment wich i where never late or skipped a payment they are on our case imediatley. But htey cant sort out a simple problem!!!!!!!!!!
