Unsatisfied

I am so very sick and tired of Telkom and their poor service. We cancelled our fibre line in December and to date still receiving account ,they even have the odescity to hand us over to their lawyers for collection. Been to their service centre in Westgate and sitting with many references and still after 6 months nothing has been resolved. Very disappointed with Telkoms service and the way they threat their clients.
