<p>Good day </p> <p>I have been with telkom over an year now and all I've been having is problems. </p> <p>The first year of being with them I had to send my phone in as is was faulty, they gave me a different phone with says on the phone tests version.. this year alone my phone has gone in 3 times and every time I asked them what the problem was they can't tell me.. this time when my phone came back the phones back which is suppose to be a built in battery is open. I got a Huawei P7.. they tell me that I got to pay for my phone to go in as they only cover for 12months but yet I am paying for 2years neverless I don't see why I should be paying for a phone that's not even mine and being a test phone.. </p> <p>Kind regards </p> <p>Chantel</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
