Unsatisfactory turnaround time
843CTK240817 4 days later and the fault was only assigned to "Frank" this morning. The lady at the call centre tried calling him while I was holding but he didn't answer his cellphone. Who pays for the calls to Telkom? Who explains to the teachers at school why my child can't submit his project in time? Sorry Telkom, this is totally unacceptable!
