Unsatisfactory Services/Network

Regarding the below communications, I`ve given Telkom a chance to try and correct this poor network/services/network I`m experiencing but nothing has been done, Your technician was supposed to come to the area last week Tuesday, I was contact from your technical department who informed me that the technician got a personal problem but they will definitely come within last week but they will contact me first, no one contacted me and no one came to see what is wrong with your network, I`ve tried putting the simcard into different phones to see if its not perhaps the phone, I was told by your consultants to do different things with the settings but it didn`t work, I had endless problems with the network as from last year, so this is not a new issue, I`m fedup, I`ve completed the cancellation form and I`m sending it off to your cancellation department in order for them to port me to prepaid immediately and Telkom has no right to charge me any penalty fees for the months that is left because I was never informed that I will have these kind of problems or it was not part of the agreement that I will have problems with your network, I never agreed to this, also please be advised that I have tried to phone to my own number( ********** 624) and I have heard what the people who is trying to phone me complaining about; when I phone my number, it makes a beep sound, 2 or three times, quiet for a while and then it rings, that is why people cant get hold of me, also messages doesn’t come through, one of your consultants phoned me and he could hardly hear me, do you want to say that I have to carry on with a network that is so poor,

I will be referring this communication and the cancellation letter to my lawyer and if Telkom dare to charge me a penalty fee then we will see each other in court

Poor network

Good day, Regarding my contract,

One of your consultants phoned me and stated that I'm due for an upgrade, I told him I'm not interested to renew the contract,

Please note the following and refer it to your management, your cancellation department or wherever this email supposed to be sent:

I don't want this contract to be renewed, I don't want a consultant to phone me to try and convince me to renew this contract, I had two years of trouble and poor services from Telkom, so I'm not interested to renew this contract,

On the 18/01/2017 when this contract expires, I expect you(Telkom) to change this number over to prepaid in order for me to port out of Telkom, I don't want to hear anything about a month's notice, you can forward this request to the relevant department and they can keep it until it's time for a month's notice but I'm giving you now my two month's notice,

I'll keep this complaint as proof and if my contract is not cancelled on the 18/01/2017 and put unto prepaid; then I'll not be liable for any charges that will be incurred after that,

Thanking You,

Johan Jacobs- identity number: ********** 209080, address: 18 April Crescent, Buffalo Flats, East London, 5209, alternative number: ********** 624

Nov 9, 2016
Official private business reply:
Good day.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
