unsatisfactory services

hi... highly disappointed with telkom and the sales department, considering that a contract was signed off by me as customer for a certain package of which i agreed upon at that price, however there was a price increase no information was passed on to me regarding a price increase. now telkom has suspended my account due to their negligence. this is highly unacceptable that the customer is to be held responsible for staff not having communicated with me timeously. if this was done i would never have signed and authorized a debit order to be processed at a certain negotiated package before a supposed price increase.
