unsatisfactory service from telkom

Very dissatisfied with telkom service, can telkom no longer see EFT payments? When I pay Via EFT payment putting in the reference number they gave me and I go to the extent of sending proof of payment - still when they send invoice for the new month, they say I am are owing and they even put extra charges for non-payment while I paid and even sent the proof of payment.
