Unsatisfactory service

To who it may concern,I would like to express my disappointment with the service I have been receiving from Telkom call centre,I've been calling from the 3rd of January and still today I haven't been assisted to date,I called over six agents an non of them were about to help, I'm actually fuming at this point cause it's over 7 days with no help,they asked for proof of payment and I did send it.this is the last time,can you please assist me asap.
