Unsatisfactory service 🤦🏿♀️

I’m not satisfied with the service received from telkom, 1. They have no payment arrangements to assist customers, 2. The call centre people give you different information 3. I made payment and they keep saying its not reflecting while I have sent the proof of payment- how does an immediate payment take 48 hours and I’m sitting here with no services and 4. They ask thousands questions just to check if payment is reflecting or not😫😫😫😫 I’ve phone 3 times already in 1 day with no help whatsoever
