Unsatisfactory service

<p>I app**** for a contract phone that was in August the phone was on special. The phone got approved how ever it's almost month end September I haven't received the phone no one bothers to call and update me I keep on calling Westgate telkom all I hear is we out of stock we will call u back not even a single day I received a call from them. I called to check if I can't collect it somewhere I was told I have to come get my application from Westgate n take it where ever I want to is that how telkom service their customers?</p>
