Unsatisfactory deal
Upgraded my wifi router with Telkom, yet I never received my router, it's been almost a month.Everytime I phoned I was sent from pillar to post with all the consultants saying "sorry I am unable to help you." So in a nutshell I got half of the services that I am paying for. Am so disappointed.
