Unsatisfactory After Sales Service.

Such a terrible experience with the upgrade department, recently change packages due to the numerous calls from the sales team. once the sale was concluded. spent a full hour with the the numerous different telephone numbers trying to speak to someone. Telkom has voice prompt commands that doesn't give you the option to speak to an agent. once the voice prompts are done, the call get cut, the survey at the end of these calls only allows a positive input. if you need to input a negative response.. the command does not recognize the option. Customer service agents are rude and unaccommodating. Was reminded that I NEEDED HELP several times. Rather than acknowledging that they are there to do a job and offer a service that is being paid for.
