Unsatifactory Service

I have been frustrated with telkom internet connection for the last 2 years...we either have slow connection , no connection or no know service....telkom..open serve has sent many technichicians however our services have not been rectified...yet our monthly debit orders payments are paid continuously...every technician that has been here has recommended other procedures which was suppose to be implemented however no improvements has been implemented...where to from now?
