Unruly agent

What an unry agent I was speaking to over the phone. She hung up on me before my query could be resolved and you feel from her voice she was annoyed, she didn't want to work or feel like she wanted to be at work. Why do you employ people like these. I called at 08:39 to find out what happened to my bundles overnight as they are almost depleted but the attitude I got was appallingg.
