Unresponsive. Unprofessional.

<p>Around the 22nd - 23rd of December 2015 I logged a fault with telkom for my faulty adsl line that kept losing connection. They responded the next day saying that the fault has been resolved. When I arrived at home it seemed fine but I postponed doing the review via sms to rate their service just to see whether the fault has been genuinely resolved. The following day the problem got worse. The Internet was off completely and the landline was dead with no dial tone. I then proceeded to rate the service and give feedback that the fault had not been resolved. Five days later I waited for some feedback from telkom but still no response on the unresolved error they simply just closed the fault. I then phoned telkom the evening of the 29th of December to report the problem and all they did was issue me another fault reference number with no indication whether a technician would be assigned to my house to have it looked at, no estimated date when they would eventually come and see to the issue or even a sort of queue so I could have some sort of clue as to how many people still need to be helped before myself or how soon I would be assisted. This is not the first time I'm having this problem with telkom. I've had to report them here before because of no response. So at this point there is still no Internet and our landline is still completely dead. I need to use the Internet to do research for work and assignments urgently.</p>
