Unresponsive call centre and lack of communication

when i needed to take out a contract, within 5 min Telkom called me and approved the deal. they even took the debit order from my account. Yet when i try to call to find out about the delivery of my device, i can't get hold of anyone. I have spent nearly 2 hours wait on the telephone trying to get through to a call centre agent with no luck. the chat feature is even more of a waste, they can't assist with anything and refer you back to the call centre. Not a single person can tell me when my device will be delivered nor can you even get hold of anyone. if this is the case, i'd rather cancel my contract now, get a refund and use an alternative SP
