Unresolved Telkom problem!!!!

After months and months ****erally!) of trying to sort errors made by Telkom, I am absolutely no further than I was right from the beginning. Have recorded 11 people I have spoken to ( some unrecorded, mind you)) and have literally spent hours and hours trying to sort out the problem. The left hand of Telkom has no idea what the right hand is doing and they appear to not be able to coordinate between the departments., I have heard a dozen times that my problem has been “escalated to Management ” and they will get back to me. There are certainly are those employees who do try - but at the end of the day, the system lets them down as it is ineffective. Telkom is supposed to excel in communications! Is there anyone in Telkom that has enough “clout” to take this matter further and have thus sorted fir once and fir all? I just don’t know what to do. any more!!!! Thoroughly exasperated!
