Unresolved telephone and internet fault for more than forty days and counting.

<p>In spite of many fault reports to Telkom and escalations, my adsl line in Kempton Park has been dead since 10 Nov 2016. Today is 23 December and counting. The fact that we have no phone line is bad enough. The fact that our uncapped wifi is also missing. is much worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>At tel 10210, Nishaat says on 23 Dec at 09:20 that technician has reported replacing a faulty port in a box and that there is still no dialling tone. Ek laat hom in en hy sê hy sal na my kom nadat hy by die bure was.
