Unresolved sync of line for ADSL

<p>The call was logged with Telkom on the 29th Aug as my ADSL provider informs me that instead getting the equivalent badnwidth of a 4 meg line I am getting about 720kbs. Repeated follow ups provides me real traction. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cant carry on paying my provider for a 4 meg line where my speed is so slow due this this sync issue that telkom needs to address at the exchange </p>
