Unresolved service for over 2 weeks

<p>I am utterly dissapointed by the service received from telkom. </p> <p> </p> <p>IT has been 2 weeks since my telkom line has stopeed working and despite countless calls and messages they still havent resolved the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>This line is my main business line and without it it is extremely difficult to conduct my business.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is absolutely unacceptable by Telkom</p>
