Unresolved Query of 6 Dec 2018

Telkom sent me a bill two years ago to the amount of R14 748.09 on the 15 November 2018. They claim that I made calle as follows: 1) 3 Nov 18 from 18h17 to 7h26 ie 13hours on line = R4 61.56. 2) 4 Nov 18 from 14h28 to 8h24 ie 12 hours on line = R5 303 64 and 3) 4 Nov 18 22h53 to 5h18 ie 7hours on line = R3 345.51. Total R13.340.71. After receiving this statement I lodged a query immediately with Telkom, Case No ***7 dd 6/Dec/18. This was after I have been calling them from the 4 Nov 18. I have been following up on this matter and to date, the problem is still outstanding
