Unresolved Phone Repair Issue

I submitted my phone for repairs in December 2023 at the WESTGATE MALL,MITCHELLS PLAIN branch.Despite numerous follow-ups with various staff members, including Manager Fuad, Tharwa, Ashley, and another lady, the issue remains unresolved. It's been almost a year without my phone, with consistent excuses and lack of progress. 1. Unresolved repair: Phone still not repaired or returned. 2. Poor communication: Staff provided conflicting information and unrealistic timelines. 3. Rude staff behavior: Ashley was extremely unprofessional. 4. Inefficient process: Directed to other branches despite contract being taken out at Westgate Mall.
