Unresolved Matter

So today, I received a response from Telkom - Social Media department responding to a compliant dated 02 January 2017 (on Hello Peter).

The response reads: "Good Morning. We are doing a follow up on your Hello Peter post. Please confirm if the fault has been resolved or if further assistance is still required? Should the line still be faulty, kindly forward the telephone number for us to assist further. regards, Noleen. Telkom Social Media. Email: **********

My email back in this regard reads: "Hi Noleen. Thank you for the follow up. Although numerous follow ups have been conducted (from my cellphone), this matter unfortunately still remains unresolved. The feedback that I receive from agents also varies, which concerns me, as I am unable to determine whether this matter is receiving any attention at all. I have also reported that My Landline is not working (yet I am still being billed for this), and that the Internet - ADSL line is extremely slow. I am on a 4Mbps line and does not even receive 1Mbps, with the result I am unable to open applications, google or even work on my emails (I revert to mobile data, which is costing me an "arm and a leg"). In the past, I used to receive a reasonable speed, but not anymore. My telephone number is ......Your assistance and feedback herewith; would be highly appreciated. Regards...."

I immediately receive an email back indicating "that the delivery has failed..." and that "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage..."

Typical Telkom. So in the meantime, the problem remains unresolved and mostly likely the blame will be on me as they do not have any feedback / response from my side (on record).

Nolleen: Please, if you have any compassion or decency, please contact me or provide me with an alternate email address, so that this matter may be attended to. I am frustrated and tied of calling the call centre at 10210. No one is able to assist or equipped to handle this type of problem and I just continue to go back and forth!!!
