Unresolved for past 48 hours. Rude consultants

I am unable to receive calls and texts for the past 48 hours on this network. What's frustrating me is the fact that I am unemployed and my potential employers could be calling ??. They told me that the matter has been escalated to IT but still there issue is not resolved. Their consultants are rude, they lack customer service, they are impatient. I am soo frustrated right now, I don't know what to do???
