Unresolved ***** Dispute Escalated to Attorneys Without Feedback – Account ***

Review / Complaint:

I am requesting urgent assistance regarding an unresolved dispute on my Telkom account (Account No: ***), which has now been escalated to attorneys, yet Telkom has provided no meaningful engagement.

The matter relates to unauthorised/*****ulent usage on the account. I formally disputed these charges with Telkom and submitted an affidavit confirming that I did not incur the disputed usage. Despite this: Telkom has not provided any formal feedback, investigation outcome, or explanation of liability I have not received any acknowledgement or communication regarding the status of the dispute The account remained active and continued to accrue charges without resolution Telkom app**** a partial credit/adjustment, but failed to explain what it covered or how the remaining balance was calculated.

To my surprise, the account has now been handed over to attorneys, who are demanding payment of R9,122.03, while I still have no clarity on the outcome of the ***** dispute or the validity of the remaining balance.

At this stage, I am unable to engage with the amount being claimed because Telkom has not: confirmed whether the ***** investigation has been finalised provided a detailed reconciliation of the account confirmed the basis on which the remaining balance is considered payable.

I am more than willing to resolve this matter. I require Telkom to engage in the dispute and provide a clear, final position before any payment can be considered.

I am therefore requesting: Urgent feedback on the status and outcome of the ***** dispute A clear and detailed explanation of the account balance, including credits already app****.

Confirmation that the matter will be placed on hold with the attorneys pending resolution.

I hope this matter will now get the appropriate attention and be resolved quickly.
